We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Manager to join our team. The Junior Sales Manager will work closely with our CEO and owner, supporting various activities and contributing to achieve the targets of our company.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and profitability.

Conducting market research to identify potential customers and market trends.

Generating leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.

Preparing and delivering sales presentations to potential clients.

Maintaining and updating customer databases and sales records.

Personally assisting our CEO with administrative Tasks, organising appointments and business trips.

Providing excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Collaborating with the team to develop sales materials, promotional campaigns, and additional material required for engagements.

Assisting in the preparation of sales reports and analysis of sales data.

Participating in sales meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
Managing Consultant (m/f/d)
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in sales or a related role is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members.

Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

Willingness to travel as needed.
